



*Building Update* The whole building is currently undergoing external remedial works to replace cladding. This means the building is wrapped in scaffold and protective sheeting - because of this, views from the apartments are affected and balconies are not in use. Contractors are onsite Monday-Friday 0900-1600hrs therefore guests should expect some external noise somewhere within the building. Works are expected to be completed by end of July 2025.
This is a private residential development situated between Victoria Way and Station Approach, with its main entrance on Station Approach. This prominent, nautical-themed structure is centrally located in Woking Town, with all local amenities just a five-minute walk away and the railway station a brief two-minute walk.
Located on the ground floor guests may use the Gym. Also found on the ground floor in the main foyer is the security team who provide around-the-clock onsite security and maintains restricted entry, ensuring access is limited to residents only.
